1983 Uniflite 36 AFT CABIN
This Uniflite 36 Aft Cabin is in excellent condition and is well equipped for cruising or very suitable to be used as a liveaboard. The flybridge and aft deck is fully enclosed and is nicely appointed with outdoor carpeting.
The interior is exceptionally bright and inviting. The salon is spacious and comfortable and features two settees, a lovely propane fireplace, hardwood floors and a TV. A few steps down forward features the U-shaped galley to starboard and a dinette to port. Galley is well equipped with a 3 burner stove and oven, stand up fridge/freezer, microwave and double sinks.
Forward is a gust cabin and en-suite head. Aft features the full beam owners cabin with a walk around queen, tons of storage plus a bath. The vanity and toilet are in a separate compartment.
Engines are twin gas Crusaiders 270, 5.7L V8's, that appear to be well maintained as well as all other systems
