2014 Catalina 445
"Simply Dreaming" is a fine example of the popular Catalina 445. This one owner boat has been well maintained and she is exceptionally clean and ready to go cruising this season.
The interior cabinetry is constructed of teak and teak veneers and beautifully finished in clear varnishes highlighting the natural beaty of the fine woods. She features a full 2 cabin 2 head layout plus a 3rd cabin which can convert easily from a storage/utility room back to a cabin with either a double berth or upper and lower singles. Interior heating is Hydronic diesel, which can be isolated to heat the hot water tank. The owners cabin forward features a centerline queen where the head of the bed elevates with a touch of a switch for easy reading or watching TV. The guest cabin's queen bed is angled taking advantage of the increased headroom outboard and allowing for increased access from both sides. Both cabins have en-suite heads. The salon is exceptionally spacious and inviting
"Simply Dreaming" features in-mast furling mainsail, a 135% genoa, dodger bimini and connector, dinghy and outboard. Low engine hours (580hrs) on the Yanmar 54hp, plus a bow thruster, full electronics suite, (new Raymarine Axiom 12" plotter)
