New Haven is a very well maintained 1984 Baltic 38 DP. The 38DP has a reputation as one of the great Baltic builds as Doug Peterson was in his prime when he designed her.  Boats of this era are great upwind and make for fast offshore sailors or just sailing anywhere. A well maintained Baltic is worth the money when compared to ones that aren’t. New Haven has had major upgrades for offshore cruising and racing.

From 2020 she has had new rod rigging, full mast inspection, wire backstay, solent stay and forestay, new electronics with originals as backups, new fridge and freezer with separate compressors,  3 solar panels ( with new spare panels) Lithium batteries for house being replaced 7/24. The helmsman will first notice the direct feel of the helm due to the Jeffa steering linkage from the twin wheels to the single high aspect ratio rudder. With the modern and innovative hull featuring hard chines and a V-shaped bow, this vessel is well balanced and easy to handle in all conditions.

The sail plan is perfect for the PNW. The full battened main sail in a lazy bag gives the vessel the additional power and sail area required. The self tacking jib helps for short handed sailing and the code zero which is controlled from the cockpit allows for fun and easy sailing off the wind.

The current owners sail short handed most of the time including two trips to Alaska, and often she is sailed single handed.

This Beneteau 49, is a fantastic sailing vessel which features the tall rig and a deep draft keel, fully battened mainsail, 140% genoa and an asymmetrical spinnaker on a furler. Sailing is made easy with electric primary winches and an electric halyard winch. A full set of electronics including AIS will keep you on course. The cockpit on this model is large yet practical and comfortable. The centerline cockpit table has two fold up leaves creating a large, wonderful area for the family to dine.

Below decks, Waterfront features 3 large cabins and two heads and is exceptionally clean and tidy. "Starfall" is a fine example of the stylish Bavaria C45. In July 2026 the vessel underwent an extensive service which included a new chartplotter to the starboard helm, electrical service, new rudder bearing, saildrive service, new  bottom paint and top side polish.

The C45 is designed for comfort and performance. She offers a spacious and well organized deck layout, ideal for both relaxed cruising and active sailing. The cockpit is expansive, featuring dual helm stations for improved maneuverability and two folding tables, perfect for entertaining. The C45's smartly designed sail plan makes handling easy even with a small crew. She features a full battened mainsail and a self tacking jib, including a code zero and asymmetrical gennaker.
