1981 Contest 38S Ketch
Contest Yachts are a high quality, Dutch built boat. This 38S is ketch rigged with a center cockpit. She is solidly built, heavier displacement, but with a fin keel, so easy handling for the crew. The center cockpit design allows for a spacious aft cabin which features a double bunk settee and vanity.
"No Contest" has been exceptionally well maintained and is ready for her next owners. Being Blue water capable, she is the perfect boat for a couple or young family to consider purchasing for their offshore adventure.

- Hull to deck joint is a shoebox inward turning flange on 7” centers and glassed over, capped with a teak rub-strake
- Plywood bulkheads bonded to the hull
- Teak decking has been removed and professionally finished with non-skid paint
