1989 C&C 37/40+
Introducing the C&C 37/40+, a remarkable Racer/Cruiser which features the same hull as the race proven C&C 37R but the difference being that the interior was designed for comfortable cruising. Perhentian is a fine example of such a vessel. She has had the same owners for the last 25 years and has been well maintained and loved throughout their ownership. She is extremely well equipped for cruising the PNW.
Perhentian features a 2 cabin 1 head layout. The owners cabin aft features a centerline queen bed in a full beam aft cabin. The guest cabin forward features a traditional V-berth with a vanity and sink in the cabin. The head compartment is large featuring a separate enclosed shower stall. The salon is exceptionally spacious, bright and inviting featuring a U-shaped settee to starboard and a bench style settee to port. The L-shaped galley to starboard has excellent counter space for prep and excellent equipment.
A few other key features to highlight are: Webasto Diesel heat plus AirCruise aircon, Dodger bimini and connector over the cockpit, new Raymarine electronics, extensive sail inventory, cockpit cushions and covers for a ton of equipment.
Sailing is made easy, with a standard battened mainsail with lazy jacks, furling genoa and all lines leading aft to the cockpit for safe sail trim. Her Universal M35 diesel runs like a top and features a 3 blade MaxProp. There is also a fuel polishing system installed.
Perhentian is ready to go cruising this season with new owners
