2019 Lagoon 450F

Why Knot is the only Lagoon 45 for sale on the west coast of North America. She is Canadian registered. She is in excellent condition and ready to cruise.

She was delivered in Vancouver BC Canada, via ship, new from the yard and has never been in the tropics. As such, she is in excellent condition with only a few minor items to be updated. If you are looking for a cat to go to Alaska, Pacific northwest or the Pacific Ocean this Lagoon 450F is perfectly located for you to start from. Also being in Vancouver she is easy to come and see from anywhere in the world. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Why Not is an owners version of the 450F. Starboard hull is owners hull with guest staying in the forward and aft staterooms in the port hull. Each stateroom has it's own head with shower stall.

She was ordered with the Essential and Comfort equipment packages and you will find she has a lot of great options including :

Full enclosure and helm dodger/Bimini and deck cushions for bow, fly and cockpit.

Electronic shifters for the upgraded engines on the fly bridge and also at the nav station in the salon.

Genset with sound shield to run the 48,000BTU Air-con and charge the updated batteries.

Water Maker, all electric Harken winches including one on the aft deck for the davits and RIB with 20HP Honda.

Cockpit, deck and foredeck

4 steps on the stern of each hull bring you to the aft deck 3 more steps takes you to the side decks which lead to the foredeck and fly bridge Starboard steps have stainless steel swim ladder and stern shower Access to the fly bridge is from either deck but starboard deck has stairs to the cockpit The aft area of the deck gets you to the cockpit but also the Stainless steel davits for the RIB You will find on the port side by the Davit an electric Harken ST40 2 speed winch for dinghy hoisting At the top of each stern steps are hatches to access the engines Full enclosure for cockpit with Graphite canvas and roll up curtains Large dinette to port with overhead lifting for venting  Full set of Dark Grey cushions for around the table and for bench to starboard Starboard side has 2 built in cabinets, with counter-top, which houses storage in one and an Dometic CRX0080 80L cockpit fridge Cockpit coffee table can replace large dining table (each can be stored in overhead bin) Port side in front of the cockpit dinette is a top loading bin and lid that can receive a garbage bin under There is a large sliding glass door in the middle of the aft bulkhead leading into the salon Half way down the port deck you can take the steps to the fly bridge Moving forward you have a bow locker with a single berth in it There are a few wooden storage bins plus a forward shelf Opening Lewmar hull port on the inner side and a 12V light fixture The hatch is a Lewmar opening  Across the front of the deck are 2 large netted areas 2with a solid fore aft track for the anchor chain Midships aft of the windlass is a recessed lounge area for sitting and working the windlass There are a few lockers here for gear Gen-set access is to starboard of the recess Starboard bow has a Lewmar opening hatch to access the storage in the hull There are wooden seats on the pulpits port and starboard Moving down the starboard side deck you have the access to the fly bridge and just aft of here is the access to the cockpit

Salon

As you enter the salon from the cockpit you have the galley to port To starboard is a counter with drawers and cupboards under and cabinets overhead Both port and starboard have stairs going down to hulls Port side ahead of the stairs is the nav station and on starboard you have the L shaped dinette 270 degree wrap around vertical windows add to the natural light coming from the aft windows into the cockpit In the front window are 2 opening hatches

Galley

The galley is U shaped with a large opening window facing the cockpit Double sink with pull down faucet along with both fresh and salt water taps Overhead of the galley counter are opening cabinets  Outboard facing you have a Cruisinart convection oven in an overhead compartment with cabinet above Just forward of the Cruisinart you have a stainless steel Eno 3 burner propane cook in the counter-top Under the counter is the Eno stainless steel propane oven with storage under The forward part of the U counter top has the Vitifrigo C130L DX  12v fridge/freezer with matched wood front and 3 cubicles for oils On the forward side of this counter top you have a very large cupboard with one shelf
