2012 Bavaria Cruiser 40

 

Camp One is a very well maintained  2012 2 cabin Bavaria 40. This Bavaria 40 was built with a lot of upgrades by experienced sailors. She has Hydronic heating, teak decks, cruising spinnaker and good electronics. The current owner upgraded the following: newer chart plotter,pilot drive, displays for electronics, feathering propeller, bigger batteries, Evolution cruising laminate main and head sail, dodger and bimini. She still has no smell and is very clean. She is ready to cruise now with great hull shine and 2023 bottom paint.

Forward Stateroom

Forward is a large owners cabin with V berth Large bed with fitted sheets and slats under bed to help prevent mildew 2 lockers to port with one having shelves and the other as hanging locker To starboard there are 2 lockers with one having shelves and the aft one is a very large hanging locker At aft end of berth is a large storage area that is accessed by lifting hatch board under bed Above berth port and starboard are shelves Large cabinets with shelves are against main bulkhead Above the berth there are shelves port and starboard Hull ports for added light with privacy blinds Overhead opening Lewmar hatch with screen is centered and there are 2 Lewmar hatches port and starboard where you stand aft of berth

      

   Salon

4 curved steps on ladder to salon from cockpit Aft in starboard quarter is aft cabin Ahead of starboard stateroom is the nav station Nav station has seat with storage and opening chart table in facing forward Storage bins separate chart table from salon settee To port you have a large enclosed head Forward of nav station is C settee with centerline table with drop leaf on port side of table Midships is a hinged bench with storage inside so easy to open and close Excellent stainless steel railing for leaning against but also for bracing when moving through boat Port side has a linear galley with large counter and lots of opening cupboards outboard Under cushions of settees are storage areas and the wood covers are vented Outboard and above the starboard settee back are cupboards Behind the cushion back on main bulkhead is the large bottle storage locker 4 overhead lights in head liner 2 lights on starboard bulkhead Ambiance lighting outboard of settees Bilge is easy to view under floor 2 opening ports on starboard side of salon with blinds 1 forward facing opening Lewmar hatch over table with bug screens and sun shades 1 aft facing opening Lewmar hatch over table with bug screen and sun shade Padded headliner down middle of cabin top
